TG Consulting Ltd is delivering this legitimate activity with appropriate safeguards as an agent of the Aston University and are operating in accordance with their privacy policy. Please visit your university’s website to view this policy.
TG Consulting Ltd. will securely store the information you provide as you participate in the programme on the 24/7 platform. This includes the following essential personal data captured at user registration: your name, postcode, date of birth, gender, whether you have a disability and ethnic group. You are not obliged to provide sensitive personal data (e.g. ethnic group or disability) and can select “prefer not to say” where this is the case.
As you progress through the programme, we will also ask you to share your thoughts and perceptions in relation to a range of topics as a means of self-reflection and for us to better understand your needs, development through the programme and to understand our performance.
Your personal data will not be shared with any parties beyond this body and its partners acting as agents except where you give your explicit consent.
To ensure you get the most out of the programme and for funding, quality assurance and continuous improvement purposes, we regularly monitor the information you provide to find opportunities to enhance our provision.
Upon completion of the programme, we will provide impact reports to Aston University on whose behalf we are acting as agents.
Data will be retained only to fulfil the objectives of the programme. Subsequent reporting, analysis and publication based upon this data will be fully anonymised.
Where we request feedback, we will provide an opportunity for you to ‘opt-in’ to it being used for marketing and promotion purposes. If you ‘opt-in, you consent to us quoting your feedback along with your first name and age to audiences outside of this body. If you do not ‘opt-in’ your feedback will not be used to promote the services of Aston University or TG Consulting Ltd.
In respect of your personal data held by us, you have the right to:

- receive it in a structured machine readable format
- rectify it if it is not accurate or complete
- erase it
- restrict its processing
- withdraw any consent provided or otherwise object to its processing
- complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)
